Survey: Should a Ponte Vedra homeowner be forced to take down his wooden walkover to the beach?

Yes, he has to take it down, regardless of the impact on the dune.
Never mind the fact it’s too big, he has to leave it up and protect the dune.
I’m not sure; neither way seems to be a good choice.
